Stephen Nairne

Stephen is of mixed European heritage. Prior to joining Raven Indigenous Capital Partners in 2018, Stephen was the Founder and Managing Partner of AHL Venture Partners, an impact investing firm dedicated to scaling disruptive, scalable, and mission-driven enterprises across Sub-Saharan Africa. Stephen lives and works alongside his wife and two children on the traditional unceded territories of the Squamish, Musqueam and Tsleil Wau-tuth First Nations.

Diane Roussin

Diane is a leader and social innovator. She is currently the Project Director of the Winnipeg Boldness Project and has a long track record of working to make change at the systems level. She is a proud member of Skownan First Nation and lives in Winnipeg.

Jeff Ward

Jeff founded Animikii in 2003 and has orchestrated and managed its growth ever since. Everything Jeff does in business is geared towards uplifting his family, communities and Indigenous Peoples. He is Ojibwe and Métis, originally from Manitoba, and now lives and works in Victoria, BC on Lekwungen territory. Jeff is a web designer, software developer, author, and speaker. He also serves as a board member for Aboriginal Peoples Television Network (APTN).

Robyn Ward

Robyn (BA, CEC) has been part of the Animikii since 2003. She is an Executive Coach and Counsellor. Robyn is of Ukrainian, English, German and Mixed European ancestry. She was born in Winnipeg, MB on Treaty 1 Territory. She has two brilliant Anishinaabe boys (12 & 16), and is grateful to work and live with her family on beautiful unceded lək̓ʷəŋən Territory, also known as, Victoria, BC.
