Songhees Nation
Animikii headquarters operate on traditional Lək̓ʷəŋən territory (Esquimalt and Songhees Nations) and therefore it was an enormous honour and privilege for our team to collaborate with the Songhees Nation to redesign their Nation's website. The design and development of this new site was a true partnership between the Songhees Nation and Animikii. We were inspired every day by the land, water, and Peoples of the Songhees Nation and that inspiration (we hope) was translated into the words, layout, design, and content of the new site. The Songhees Nation's wisdom, strength, integrity and vision are apparent in all the successful programs, businesses, community resources, and economic initiatives.
